By accessing and using Pest Control Tests ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
Acceptable Use
You may use Pest Control Tests to practice for Michigan pest control licensing exams, review questions, track progress, and report issues.
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute exam questions commercially
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or access our database directly
- Create automated scripts to scrape or download questions
- Share account credentials with other users
- Misrepresent your identity or credentials
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the site
Disclaimer on Content Accuracy
- Questions may not reflect the most current regulations or laws
- Exam formats and passing scores may change without notice
- We are not affiliated with MDARD or any official licensing body
- Passing our practice exams does not guarantee passing the real exam
- Always verify information with official sources before your exam

Accounts & Authentication
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One account per person â duplicate accounts are not permitted
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
- You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us
Guest users can still use the service but exam progress will not be saved across sessions.
Advertising Policy
- Ads will be displayed after completing exams
- A brief waiting period is required before viewing results
- Ads are served by Google AdSense and subject to their policies
- We do not control the content of third-party advertisements
Intellectual Property
All content on Pest Control Tests, including exam questions, explanations, rationales, design, and code, is owned by or licensed to Pest Control Tests LLC.
- You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission
- You may not use our content for commercial purposes
- Screenshots for personal study are permitted
Limitation of Liability
Pest Control Tests is provided "as is" without any warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service
- We do not guarantee the service will be available 100% of the time
- We are not liable if you fail your licensing exam
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
